Changes and Cancellations
No Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered, and there will be none processed in the event of a cancellation.
Any reservation may be altered or rescheduled 1 time, free of charge. Subsequent changes will incur a USD $75 penalty fee and may require cancellation and rebooking of the reservation.
*Any alterations must remain within the same calendar year as the original reservation. Changes are always subject to availability.
Any confirmed reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the arrival date and will receive a full credit to use for a future reservation valid up to 2 years from the cancellation request.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival or a no-show will result in the reservation fee being forfeited in its entirety.
Resort Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time 3 PM
Check-out time 11 AM
Transportation:
Guests receive complementary transportation to and from POP airport as long as flight details are communicated at least 10 days before the arrival date.
Shuttles to all areas of resort and Ocean World are free to guests and operate daily on a frequent schedule.
You are VIP!
All guests are considered VIP, and receive VIP Blue bracelets.
Guests are assigned a VIP concierge.
For dinner reservations, contact Guest Services. For access to Gourmet and Jazz restaurants, arrange with VIP concierge (subject to availability).
There is a dress code for some restaurants. Refer to Guest Services or VIP Concierge for details.
Guests have access to the following areas:
• Sports Bar
• VIP Beach
• NV Beach
• VIP Pool
• Lifestyle Royale Casino
• Cofresi Beach
as well as bars located near the pools and beaches mentioned above, around the resort.
Purchase of the all-inclusive meal plan is required. There is also a small nightly resort fee. These are payable to the resort before or directly upon arrival. See Resort Amenities tab for full details.
